Oxford Diecast British Leyland Austin Maestro Targa Red 76MST001

New from Oxford Diecast in 2023. This 5 door family hatchback was much loved by Dads in the 1980s. A rival to the Vauxhall Cavalier and Ford Sierra it was manufactured by BL from 1982 to 1987 and by the Rover group from 1987 to 1994. It replaced the Austin Maxi and Allegro ranges. It was available in many iterations although none was particularly noteworthy or reliable unfortunately for its manufacturers.
